Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore included in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section detailing various areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the continuing congressional release.
